“Today, the most important government works planned to be adopted in the autumn session are being submitted to the Seimas. A safe person – in a safe state, this is not only strong defense, but also secure income, a strong family, accessible assistance, functioning public services, and a state prepared for crises,” said Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius.

“For the autumn session, we are presenting more than 100 initiatives to strengthen Lithuania’s defense, infrastructure needed for the German brigade, the national infantry division, air defense, (…) we will provide more security for families, expand free meals in primary schools, reform the housing support system, and improve the quality of social housing,” the prime minister listed.
