More than one million euros have been invested in the network flagship’s renovation – this is the largest investment in the club’s renovation throughout its entire history.
The renovated sports club is equipped with more strength training machines with cable systems and free weights. The functional training zone has doubled in size – it is adapted for functional exercises, mobility training, and more intensive physical preparation.
The club also features a new relaxation and recovery “Recovery” area with a hydromassage bed, red light therapy, and a lymphatic drainage massager “Roll Shaper,” as well as an updated “Refresh” area for breathing breaks.
All saunas have been modernized, the first in-network posing room has been installed for visitors preparing for sports competitions, and a separate table tennis zone has been created.
On September 21, the renovated “Lemon Gym” club on Savanorių Avenue will also open its doors.

The interior and training areas have been updated in this sports club, and new saunas have been installed in both changing rooms. One of the main innovations is a special HYROX zone for functional training enthusiasts. An investment of 400 thousand euros was made in the club’s renovation.
“Lemon Gym” operates 5 clubs in Kaunas, and the network plans to open another new sports club in the city, with the location to be announced later.
The “Lemon Gym” and “Impuls” sports club group currently manages 34 sports clubs in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and unites 85 thousand members. By the end of 2027, the group plans to expand the network to 40 clubs and reach more than 110 thousand members in the Baltic countries.
