A reader recently received a message from Paysera stating that a monthly fee of 2 euros will soon be applied for an inactive account.

“I just got a letter from Paysera saying they will start charging money – two euros every month just for not using the system,” the man wondered.
The reader is concerned that his account may not have enough funds to cover such a fee. He is considering whether this could lead to debt in such a case.
