The Competition Council has allowed the Dutch company “Spectra,” related to the holding company “Tesonet Global,” to acquire 100% of the shares of the company managing the hotel and gain control over it.

“The planned concentration will not create or strengthen a dominant position or severely restrict competition in the relevant markets,” the council reported.
