When will the benefits be paid?
Childcare benefits recipients will receive payments on August 14, unemployment benefits will be transferred on August 20, and child support benefits on August 25.

Social assistance benefits through credit institutions will be paid on August 12, and for those who receive them at home or pick them up at the Lithuanian Post, payments will be made from August 10 to 26.
Pension annuities will be paid on August 26, and early retirement pensions on August 20.
Meanwhile, sickness and maternity benefits are paid within 17 working days from the submission of all necessary documents and data, paternity benefits within 5 working days from the end of paternity leave, and long-term work benefits within 10 working days from the decision.
Pension payment dates depend on the appointment time
“Sodra” reminds that the pension payment day depends on when the pension was assigned to the person.
For residents whose pension was assigned before February 29, 2012, as well as those assigned after March 1, 2024, pensions are paid from the 7th to the 12th day of the month.
Meanwhile, pensions assigned after March 1, 2012 (also in certain cases in March 2011 or September 2012) are paid from the 13th to the 21st day of the month.

Pension delivery to homes
Pensions delivered to homes via Lithuanian Post or companies “Bastaras” and “Rausidas” will be distributed from August 10 to 26.
During the same period – August 10 to 26 – pensions can also be collected at Lithuanian Post offices.
“Sodra” urges residents to pay attention to their payment schedule, as the specific day of receiving a pension or benefit depends on the type of benefit, pension assignment date, chosen credit institution, and place of residence.
