Russian star who moved to Lithuania sold two of her apartments: the amount she got for them is breathtaking

As eadaily.com writes, citing Russian media, after the People’s Artist of Russia left the country, two apartments belonging to him remained in Moscow, in the prestigious Patriarch’s Ponds (Patriarchskije prudy) district. The first is 55 square meters in Bogoslovsky Lane, the second is about 110 square meters in Spiridonyevsky Lane. The actor sold both real estate properties while already in Lithuania. The value of the first apartment may reach 55 million rubles, and the second – more than 100 million rubles. In total, this is almost two million euros.

However, in Russia he still owns a small, old 150 square meter house in the Novo-Peredelkino district and a 7-acre plot of land. This house is currently for sale, but no buyers have appeared. The actor’s small estate is valued at 40 million rubles. Neighbors told journalists that they have not seen A. Filipenko for several years, also recalling his criticism of the “special military operation” (as Russian propaganda calls the Kremlin’s unprovoked war against Ukraine) and called the artist a “fascist”.

In addition, A. Filipenko still owns a small, barely 10 square meter room in a house near the Patriarch’s Ponds. This small property, located near the famous places that inspired Mikhail Bulgakov’s works, is not for sale.

It is reported that Aleksandr Filipenko left Russia in November 2022. Before that, he openly showed support for Ukraine – posting photos on social networks wearing a vyshyvanka (traditional Ukrainian shirt). After emigrating, he participated in literary readings, from which all collected funds were donated to support Ukraine and its armed forces.

In Russia, he is best known for numerous one-man shows, including “The Poet’s Path” (dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Sergei Yesenin’s birth), “Dead Souls” and others, as well as roles in films such as “The Master and Margarita,” “My Friend Ivan Lapshin,” and other film projects.
