In 1990, he worked at Ernst & Young’s Moscow office and was a correspondent in Moscow for the magazine “AirForces Monthly” and “BBC Monitoring.”
He has studied Russia for decades and has published three books about the Kremlin regime.

The analyst’s fourth book, “American Overthrow: Moscow’s Endgame in Its Long War” (lit. “America’s Overthrow – Moscow’s ultimate goal in its long war“) was published this fall – in it, K. Giles turned his attention to the United States and D. Trump.
In an interview with the publication “Postimees,” he revealed his views on Russia-US relations and warned about the impact of D. Trump’s decisions on Europe.
