As the channel’s authors guessed, it was probably a hit on equipment responsible for steam supply or removal. The fact that drones hit the power plant is confirmed by the diversion of buses passing by the thermal power plant. “Krymskij veter” concludes that “there is something to hide.” The Russian-appointed Crimean authorities also announced an “attack on energy infrastructure.”
