Despite the decrease, the revenues of companies operating in the Klaipėda Free Economic Zone (FEZ) matched the size of the port city’s municipal revenues, which amounted to 466 million euros in 2025.

The financial indicators for 2025 are assessed as good: „The year was successful for the company – production and trade volumes remained stable, and the activity was profitable.“
The company employs over 200 workers, and all its shares are controlled by „Retal industries Limited“ registered in Cyprus. According to reports, shareholders are expected to be paid 8 million euros in dividends.
„Neo group“ has been operating in Lithuania since 2003, and since 2017 it has benefited from a 50% profit tax rate relief in the FEZ for 10 years.
