According to Johanna Linda Pihlak, a senior analyst at Statistics Estonia, both food and industrial goods stores contributed to the overall growth in sales volume in July.
“However, the growth was most fueled by fuel retailers, whose sales volume increased by 7 percent compared to the same month in 2025,” the analyst said, adding that the revenues of such companies include not only fuel sales revenues but also other revenues, such as revenues from catering and sales of other goods and services.
