The military law enforcement service, in cooperation with the Kyiv region police, uncovered an organized group allegedly involved in the deprivation of liberty and intentional murder of two civilians in the Kalynivka settlement.
It is suspected that after a domestic conflict, the then brigade commander S. Luchanov gave orders to his subordinates to “punish” two local men.
According to the investigation, the soldiers who carried out the order kidnapped and later killed the men. Currently, law enforcement in different regions of the country has detained nine soldiers of the 155th brigade suspected of involvement in this crime.
The case is being investigated under the articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning intentional murder and illegal deprivation of liberty.
