A resident of Kiemeliai, Maišiagala eldership, stated that she lives without water, without electricity: “Not everyone has cars to go to the eldership to get or buy water. Organize generators for residents or at least a Vilniaus vandenys vehicle with a tanker. Drive through the houses so that residents can fill up water.”
Help is also requested in Akmenytė village, Nemežis eldership, in the part of the village where house numbering starts from house number one, Medelyno street: “Currently, we also have no water, so we would kindly ask, if possible, UAB Nemėžio komunalininkas to connect a generator for us, since we have our own water tower, or Vilniaus vandenys to deliver a water tanker to us. Another user writes that half of Skirgiškės is without electricity until the 25th at 6 p.m., most have local water wells but without electricity, households are without water.
