„Our priority is quality financial services that are easily accessible to residents. We see that as the number of bank branches in the regions decreases, residents increasingly choose the credit union as their main financial partner. In this competitive sector, customer expectations are constantly growing, so the renovated spaces reflect our long-term commitment to the community – to ensure a convenient and modern environment for both daily customer service and team work,“ commented Birutė Žiūraitienė, Chairwoman of the Board and Head of Administration of Raseiniai Credit Union.
The office interior idea was dictated by the values of the „Kreda“ group and the desire to create a long-term relationship with the client. As explained by the project author, founder of the interior studio „Panto studio“ and interior designer Tomas Paninas, the project consciously abandoned the formal, cold office image.
„We believe that the environment where people meet has a great impact on building trust, so we aimed to create a cozier, home-like space. When designing the interior, we chose natural materials and earthy colors – wood, stone, and green plants dominate. The color palette is quite broad, so we integrated its accents into the interior subtly – they are repeated on individual walls, textiles, furniture, and other interior elements,“ explained T. Paninas.
After the reconstruction, the layout of functional zones in the three-story building changed: spaces for individual customer service and 20 modern workplaces were arranged, and a conference room and an employee kitchen with a relaxation area were established in the former archive rooms.
According to the project manager, head of the small company „Interela“ Kęstutis Gudaitis, one of the most important tasks of the project was to organize the work so that the reconstruction would proceed smoothly and be completed in the shortest possible time.

„It was important not only to renovate the premises but also to ensure that the credit union could return to its usual work rhythm as quickly as possible. We paid a lot of attention to work organization, coordination of different fields, and the quality of decisions,“ commented K. Gudaitis, head of MB „Interela“.
A whole range of partners contributed to the successful implementation of the project: MB „Interela“ („TavoDeco“) was responsible for electrical installation, video surveillance and alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing in the project; finishing works were carried out by „Intus projektai“, furniture was made by MB „Kemida“, advertising signage and picture printing were handled by „Finger Print“, and heating and ventilation solutions were implemented by „Eko2Šiluma“.
According to data from the first half of 2026, Raseiniai Credit Union is one of the largest in the „Kreda“ group, accounting for 15.6% of assets, 16% of loans, and 10.5% of deposits of the entire group portfolio.
The operational territory of Raseiniai Credit Union covers ten municipalities in the Kaunas region – from Raseiniai, Jonava, Kėdainiai to Kaišiadorys, Prienai districts, and the city of Kaunas.
