Solitude, spending time with yourself, can be a very pleasant time, while we feel lonely even when among people if we are not understood, if we have no one to lean on. More and more people face this. I notice they feel alienated.”

According to the psychotherapist, people create fewer and fewer connections, and this affects them. Sometimes they do not even realize that a certain feeling troubles them because of solitude, but in a conversation with a psychologist it becomes clear that loneliness is often to blame.
