Social media channels report that the target of the attack is an oil refinery located in Perm, more than 1,500 km away from Ukraine.

The Perm Krai Territorial Security Ministry confirmed the drone attack.

“Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez” is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, with a capacity of nearly 13 million tons per year. It supplies both the civilian sector and the needs of the Russian military.
