Parliamentary Commissioner proposes more active public involvement in the EU legislative process

As stated in the report, the Parliamentary Commissioner on Wednesday addressed the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Justice, proposing a shift to a more active and transparent model, under which institutions would be required to consult with non-governmental organizations, business associations, and other social partners at the earliest possible stage of the EU legislative process.
