Until April 30 next year, the fee will not be collected in Smiltynė, in the green and yellow zones by the seaside, and in the seasonal parking lots in Karklė.
However, one seaside parking lot remains paid all year round.
At the Olando Kepurė parking lot, the fee is collected daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A vehicle license plate recognition system also starts operating here, so drivers will no longer receive notifications on their car windows.
