„In response to your inquiry regarding the insurance of the residence located in Menciškė village, Lazdijai district, we inform you that the insurance object was evaluated during the company’s risk assessment process. According to him, the main factors for which property may be uninsured include the age of the object, condition and technical risk, fire risk, the purpose and use of the building, theft and burglary protection measures, historical damage data, and similar.
„Since this is a type of voluntary insurance, there are cases when the insurer decides not to conclude a contract. We do not have the possibility to comment on specific client details due to data protection requirements“, added S. Abraškevičius.
