In the Samara region, Syzran, a fire broke out at an oil refinery. It is possible that tanks with oil products caught fire. Earlier, an air danger warning was issued in the region.
Explosions were also heard at the “Sebriakovcement” plant in the city of Mikhailovka, Volgograd region. Previously, a missile and drone danger warning was also issued in the region.
An explosion occurred near the 5th cement kiln. The video posted on social networks shows thick smoke rising over the plant’s territory.
