On the outskirts of Voronezh, 500 kilometers south of Moscow, a “three-year-old boy was killed” in a fire in a house hit by a drone, regional governor Alexander Gusev wrote on the Telegram platform.
The boy’s parents suffered “various injuries,” the official said, adding that a young man was also injured in a separate drone attack in the same area.
In Russia’s Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine, one man was killed and another injured when a Ukrainian drone hit a vehicle, regional officials said in a Telegram post.

In Crimea, the peninsula annexed by Russia in 2014, one person was killed and four others, including two children, were injured in a Ukrainian attack, said Moscow-appointed governor Sergei Aksyonov.
US-led negotiations to resolve the conflict stalled as Washington’s attention shifted to the Middle East, and Russia continues to adhere to its strict demand that Ukraine cede its territories to it.
