According to the Register Center data, more than 15 thousand square meters of property in Druskininkai was acquired on July 1 by the company “NTD2,” previously managed by the “Orion Re Income Fund I” of “Nter Asset Management,” whose shares were taken over this February by the company “Fast traffic,” controlled by an individual.
The transaction value is not disclosed.
As stated in the announcement, the activity in the sold complex will not change – it will continue to be leased by the current operator “SPA Vilnius Druskininkai.”
“At the end of the fund’s life, we managed to organize the sales process, during which we ensured a good sale price for the complex for the investors, (…) accordingly ensuring the investors the desired return throughout the fund’s lifetime,” said Mantas Skipitis, partner and CEO of “Nter Asset Management.”
