According to them, moisture marks and mold appeared on the walls, so some people no longer dare to store items there.
According to the residents, the problem is not isolated – similar signs were noticed by more residents of the building.
They say they have contacted the responsible persons but would like a clearer answer as to why this happened and when the situation will be finally resolved.
However, the project developer “Galio Group” claims to have a different explanation of the situation – according to the company, the moisture recorded by the residents is not related to construction quality or structural defects.
