According to her, the organizers and the Compensa hall do not respond to any questions.
“At the moment, I feel like a hostage in the situation of my own purchased tickets. I really hope that publicity will force the organizers to take responsibility,” the woman wrote.
The Žmonės.lt portal contacted the event organizer “BetMar” and the ticket distributors bilietai.lt regarding the situation. As soon as we receive their comment, we will update the article.
