On July 21, the company registered an increased share capital of up to 543 thousand euros and new articles of association, new shares were listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange, and soon they will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, “Novaturas” announced on Wednesday.
As BNS wrote, N. Kockaras acquired 10 million newly issued shares for approximately 6.8 million euros, of which 3.4 million were acquired by pre-emptive right, and 6.57 million by subscribing to shares not subscribed by other shareholders of the company. A total of 10.3 million new shares were sold. Who acquired the remaining approximately 300 thousand shares is not disclosed.
