According to the soldier, the enemy is actively continuing the offensive and shows no signs of intending to stop. In his opinion, the cessation of hostilities is only possible if fundamental changes occur within Russia itself. He described these in detail.
“The war will only end when five more conditions are met: the aggressor physically loses the ability to pay for it (1), produce weapons (2), protect its rear (3), send live forces to the slaughter (4), and maintain the illusion of stability and control in its swamp (5),” emphasized Madiar.
As he added, this should be the basis of the future Ukrainian strategy – “systematic, asymmetric ‘bleeding’ of Russia, consistently dismantling these five cornerstones of its war machine.”
He also urged Ukrainians to hold on and warned that it will be even harder in the future.
“For now, I wish people to live and endure, because it will be harder than before. We fight with intellect and mathematics,” noted the commander and added that Ukraine’s weapons are the nation’s intellect, technological advantage, and commitment to historical justice.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces carried out strikes on several Russian facilities in the Kherson region, including the FSB base “Benya House.”
According to the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Madiar” Brovdi, during the “Crimean Switch Off” operation, 10 enemy power supply facilities were also destroyed.
In total, 211 power supply facilities were destroyed in the temporarily occupied territory in July and August.
During the operation, more than 100 targets deep in the enemy’s operational zone were struck, including ships of the “shadow fleet,” Buk air defense systems, weapons depots, and military equipment repair facilities.
