“The Latvian government has become very strongly involved in the process. I would not want to believe that this is related only to the election period; I would like to believe that this order will always be maintained. At the end of the month, we will have a meeting at the EU Council of Ministers, where we plan to discuss this issue with the Latvians and Estonians, and we will propose to them to apply the methodology that we also use,” K. Mažeika told journalists on Monday in the Seimas.
