As reported by LRTK on Friday, “Sputnik” is broadcast from the Kaliningrad region on the 87.9 MHz frequency, which is not coordinated with Lithuania. Reception in Lithuania is hindered by transmitting an interfering radio signal on the same frequency – the so-called “white noise”.
