The terminal’s regasification capacity is expected to reach up to 6.1 billion cubic meters of gas per year, and it will start operating in 2028.

This will be the second such Gaz-System project in the Gulf of Gdansk. It is strategically important for Poland and the Baltic Sea region.
Besides the Klaipėda LNG terminal, 14 floating LNG terminals are currently operating or under construction in the EU. KN Energies has participated or is participating in eight of them.
