„Achemoje“ (minister – BNS) will discuss how to increase fertilizer production to reduce imports. At „Jonavos grūdai“, which is partly owned by the ministry and „Agrokoncernas“, they will inquire about how to reduce pricing,” said the minister’s representative Justas Jaskonis in a comment to BNS.
As BNS wrote, the minister said this week that unstable global grain prices will essentially not affect the state food reserve, where grains are also stored, but the impact may be felt by farmers with lower incomes.
