“Talks are underway with another country with which we have had diplomatic relations for more than 30 years, but we do not have a functioning diplomatic representation. We are working in that direction, using the diplomatic means and tools available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” K. Budrys said during the Government hour in the Seimas on Thursday.

“No one else in the Government is authorized to conduct negotiations or any talks, but to speak as citizens of the Republic of Lithuania somewhere, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not impose restrictions on that,” he said.
