Officers of the Kaunas City Nemunas Police Commissariat of the Kaunas County Chief Police Commissariat (hereinafter – Kaunas County CPC) are conducting a pre-trial investigation into a theft, when on May 18 at about 15:50 in Kaunas, K. Donelaitis St., a bicycle was stolen. The property damage amounts to about 300 euros. Surveillance cameras captured a man who may have information significant to the investigation.

For theft, according to Article 178, Part 5 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, community service, a fine, restriction of liberty, or arrest may be imposed.

The investigation is organized and led by prosecutors of the 2nd Division of the Kaunas District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kaunas Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
