“Impeachment is initiated when a final decision of either the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeal, if not appealed in cassation, comes into force,” the head of parliament told reporters on Wednesday. “So, we need to wait either for the non-appeal, for which time is allotted by the Court of Appeal, or for the Supreme Court’s decision.”
