The difference was doubled in the 19th minute by Lamine Yamal, and at the very beginning of the second half, the young superstar earned and converted a penalty himself, increasing Barcelona’s lead to 3:0.
However, the hosts did not give up. Ivan Romero scored in the 79th minute, and Roger Brugue in the 88th minute, reducing the difference between the teams to one goal (2:3).
Still, Barca avoided bigger troubles, and Karim Adeyemi, who came on as a substitute, scored in added time and secured the Catalans’ victory.
This is already the fifth consecutive victory for Barcelona in this year’s La Liga championship. Including the UEFA Champions League, the Catalans have won six matches in a row, scoring as many as 26 goals and conceding only five.
