The new business center complemented one of the largest technology campuses in the Baltic States, which already housed more than 35 thousand square meters of offices, services, and community spaces. The project includes two underground and five above-ground floors, with commercial premises planned on the first floor. The building was developed with the aim of achieving the international BREEAM “New Construction Excellent” sustainability certificate.

According to Tadas Grincevičius, CEO of Naresta, the project became another example of how modern technologies and efficient process management ensure both construction speed and quality.
Sparta’s chimney adorned with a fountain
The business center was designed by the architectural studio “Cloud architektai”. During the development, much attention was paid to environmental quality. One of the most famous symbols of the area – the historic “Sparta” factory chimney – was preserved and adorned with an impressive fountain.
Immediately after its opening, it became one of the highlights of the “Cyber City” quarter. Next to the 19th-century brick chimney, a bronze tap sculpture was installed, from which water falling into the basin creates a unique visual effect. The solution combined historical industrial heritage with modern architecture and the identity of the technology quarter.

Public spaces were also tidied up nearby, new greenery, pedestrian paths, lighting, 12 regular and 1 parking space for people with disabilities, surveillance cameras, and other territorial infrastructure solutions were installed.
The “Cyber City” campus houses “Tesonet” group companies, cafes, a sports club, a shop, a bar, and other services for the community and city residents.
