Over the past few weeks, the conflict between the company “Energesman,” which managed the waste sorting plant, and “VAATC” as well as the Vilnius city municipality has escalated seriously. The company accuses the municipality and “VAATC” of ruining their business, while the latter claims that the waste was handled improperly, resulting in huge amounts accumulating on the plant’s premises.

The head of the private business company Algirdas Blazgys also stated that one of the shareholders of his company was offered to sell shares, allegedly also proposed by representatives of “Ecoservice,” who also work in the waste business.
