In Marijampolė, a drunk man was driving a car, possibly narcotic substances found at home

According to statements, on Saturday at about 23:11 on Užtvankos Street, a VW car was stopped and it was found that it was driven by a man born in 1992 who was possibly under the influence of narcotic substances.
