„Hanner“ in the past gave a bribe to the former chairwoman of the Association of People with Disabilities Environment Adaptation

R. Banys admitted in court that he gave a bribe. He testified that the money was handed over because the association led by N. Milkevičienė does not approve the act, the deadline for receiving which is approaching, and the leader herself did not communicate. R. Banys said he understood from her actions that she was provoking a bribe, so he decided to give her 2 thousand euros from his personal funds.
