About the fact that the former spouses were taken to court was reported by the portal alfa.lt According to the mentioned portal, the divorced couple was sued by the public institution “Gargždų švara”. The company stated that the former spouses did not pay for waste collection and management in 2024 and 2025. And over two years, a debt accumulated and both of them have to pay 77.03 euros each.

The court decision could have hit the Partikas couple in the pocket as they would have had to pay additionally for bailiff services. However, the trouble was avoided as on September 7th “Gargždų švara” withdrew the claim because the spouses managed to cover the debt before the court hearing, writes alfa.lt
