Information about fuel prices was provided to the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) on September 8 by 74 fuel trading companies operating 746 gas stations.

In Lithuania, companies selling fuel submit information about the prices of fuels sold at their gas stations to LEA every working day by 10 a.m. The submitted prices are published on the website ena.lt. Prices at gas stations change several times a day.
Data on fuel prices received from gas stations by 10 a.m. on September 8 show that the lowest diesel price was at the “Alauša” network gas station in Kaunas – 1.999 Eur/l.
The highest diesel price was at nineteen “Viada” network gas stations, eleven “Circle K” network gas stations, the “Boost Petrol” network gas station in Kelmė district municipality, and the “Degta” network gas station in Elektrėnai municipality – 2.299 Eur/l.
Diesel prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 1.999 Eur/l to 2.299 Eur/l, with the average diesel price reaching 2.201 Eur/l, or 3.98% more than on Monday (September 7), when it was 2.116 Eur/l.
The lowest gasoline price on Tuesday morning was at the “Eniris” network gas station in Vilnius district municipality – 1.769 Eur/l.
The highest gasoline price was at the “Emsi” network gas station in Vilnius district municipality – 2.039 Eur/l.

Gasoline prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 1.769 Eur/l to 2.039 Eur/l, with the average gasoline price being 1.952 Eur/l, or 4.27% more than on Monday (September 7), when it was 1.872 Eur/l.
The lowest LPG price on Tuesday morning was at four “Madalva” network gas stations – 0.670 Eur/l.
The highest LPG price was at seven “Circle K” network gas stations and six “Viada” network gas stations – 0.949 Eur/l.
LPG prices at gas stations on Tuesday morning ranged from 0.670 Eur/l to 0.949 Eur/l, with the average LPG price reaching 0.799 Eur/l, or 1.24% more than on Monday (September 7), when it was 0.789 Eur/l.
The wholesale gasoline price in Lithuania on September 7 was 1.80 Eur/l, and the wholesale diesel price was 2.03 Eur/l (on September 4, the wholesale gasoline price was 1.82 Eur/l, and the wholesale diesel price was 2.05 Eur/l).
The Brent crude oil price on the market on September 7 was 97.0 USD/bbl (September 4 – 95.52 USD/bbl).
