In this case last November, the Kaunas District Court sentenced eight convicts – Juozas Minkevičius, Tadas Mučinskas, Karolis Kavaliauskas, Edgaras Rezajevas, Gytis Kukliauskas, Lukas Ščerbinskas, Vitalijus Zakarževskis, Rokas Sipavičius – for minor bodily harm with hooligan motives and public order violation to imprisonment.
For some, the court postponed the execution of sentences or considered the sentences served due to the time spent in custody and detention.
The harshest one-year imprisonment sentences were imposed on L. Ščerbinskas and V. Zakarževskis, with execution postponed for one year and these convicts ordered to participate in a behavior correction program, not to leave their place of residence, and to work.

R. Sipavičius and J. Minkevičius were sentenced to 6 months each, Tadas Mučinskas to 5 months, and Karolis Kavaliauskas, Edgaras Rezajevas, and Gytis Kukliauskas to 4 months in prison each.
Appealed
The prosecution and all 8 convicts appealed this verdict. The latter denied the hooligan motives in their appeals.
