Scammers often try to trick personal data or login information, so it is important to always critically evaluate incoming calls, messages, and emails, verify information sources, and never disclose your login details, passwords, bank card information, or other sensitive personal data to anyone.

To ensure both the security of client data and convenient service, several authentication methods are used at „Sodra“.
„Sodra“ consultations on benefits, contributions, pensions, and other social insurance issues are provided by phone (+370) 5 250 0883. The main client authentication method during the call is a unique client identification code (KID). The KID code can be obtained in two ways: by logging into the personal „Sodra“ account or by visiting any „Sodra“ office with an identity document. The generated individual code must be kept by the client as responsibly as other sensitive personal information.
Another authentication method is the registered phone number. The client must confirm in the personal account or by visiting a „Sodra“ office with their signature that they agree to be authenticated by the specified phone number. Then, when calling the call center from the registered number, personal information can be provided.

Another alternative authentication method is a questionnaire for the client. In this case, the personal code is used only to find the initial client information. However, consultation is not provided by just submitting the personal code. The client must answer several questions related to their personal information. Only after correctly answering all questions is the consultation provided.
When receiving any information via SMS, email, or phone, it is important to remember a few basic rules:
- „Sodra“ does not send letters or messages asking to click an active link, enter bank or electronic signature data, provide card information, or urgently confirm any operation, especially financial.
- The official „Sodra“ website address ends with the .lt domain. If the link ends with .net, .com, .eu, .info, .online, or has an unusual dash, it is not „Sodra“.
- Any authentic message sent on behalf of „Sodra“ will always be visible in the personal account. If you doubt the authenticity of a message – always verify it in your „Sodra“ account.
- Accounts are accessed only securely – using online banking or electronic signature.
- All „Sodra“ services are free, and „Sodra“ employees never ask for personal codes, bank logins, card, or electronic signature data by phone or email.
