According to the data, during the last term M. Visockas owned several vehicles. In the invoices submitted to the municipality for car repairs, it is unclear which vehicles were repaired or whether they were used in carrying out the functions of a council member.
“When the case reached the court, the defendant M. Visockas was asked to respond to the claim. A response was received stating that the former municipal council member M. Visockas admitted the mistake and returned 597 euros to the Biržai district municipality. Since the municipal council member’s expenses were fully reimbursed to the municipality, the court terminated the civil case,” said Andrius Urbonas, the judge of the Biržai chambers who heard the case.
