The Ukrainian police noted that measures are being taken to properly document another war crime committed by the Russian military.

The investigation covered an area more than 100 kilometers long in southern Ukraine, along the right bank of the Dnipro near the city of Kherson.
The report details how civilians became targets “…under various circumstances, mostly in open areas – both walking on foot and in any type of vehicles.”
