According to him, waiting for the right moment or self-confidence often becomes the biggest obstacle to achieving one’s goals.

The fear of public speaking never disappears

Although Povilas often speaks publicly today, he does not hide that the fear of public speaking accompanied him for a long time. In the podcast, the entrepreneur recalls his unsuccessful first stand-up performance and openly talks about why it is important not to be afraid to make mistakes.

“The scariest things usually happen in our heads,” he says.

According to P.Klusaitis, we create a large part of our fears ourselves, so the most important thing is not to let them stop us.

It’s not necessary to please everyone

Speaking about business and life, Povilas admits that he eventually understood a simple truth – it’s impossible to please everyone.

“I’m not a dollar to please everyone,” says the entrepreneur.

According to him, it is much more important to remain faithful to your values and not be afraid to defend your ideas, even if they initially meet with skepticism.
