Vihuela player Ariel Abramovich will not come to Lithuania or appear on stage, as he has been taken into medical care due to a sudden health issue. Festival representatives announced this on social media:
“Attention, due to the artist’s acute illness, the concert program on August 4 is changing!
We received sad news that the vihuela player who was supposed to perform at the August 4 concert suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized. Although his condition is stable, he will no longer be able to come to Lithuania. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find another vihuela player in such a short time. For this reason, a different program will be played at Tuesday’s concert and other performers will appear.
