“Our forecasts are based on what we see in the network, the types of faults we observe, and the extent of the damage. Our initial forecasts were based on the numbers we saw. The further we went and fixed the disruptions (…), we saw that these forecasts needed to be changed and the deadlines extended,” R. Radvila told LRT radio on Monday.
