The shareholder of “Epso-G,” the Ministry of Energy, on Thursday approved the board’s proposal to issue a new share issue worth 33.6 million euros of the project partner – their managed company “Epso-G Invest,” announced “Epso-G” via the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.
