On Friday at about 10:45 PM in Panevėžys, on Laisvės Alley, a drunk 23-year-old man, while crossing the street, stopped in front of a stopped car “VW Golf” to let pedestrians pass and with aggressive actions, showing disrespect to those around, used obscene language, made various gestures, tried to open the driver’s door, and punched the driver’s door glass.
At the same time, another man, also born in 2003, ran up to the front passenger door and kicked the front passenger door of the car, damaging it, and also shouted aggressively. The man was clearly intoxicated but refused to take a sobriety test.

Later, the men approached a café, started shouting, disturbing the peace. The police officers called were detained and taken to the detention facilities.
