The first few minutes on the court saw an even fight, later “Juventus” began to increase their pace and gradually pull away. Still in the first quarter, the difference grew to 13 points (26:13), and at halftime the visitors led by as much as 46:27.

At the beginning of the 3rd quarter, the difference exceeded 20 points (50:29) and it was then that “Lietkabelis” found the strength for a spurt. Within a couple of minutes, the difference was reduced to 13 points (39:52), and by the end of the quarter it melted down to 5 (59:64).
In the middle of the 4th quarter, after Daniel Baslyk’s three-pointer, the teams were separated by only 3 points (69:72), and with 4 minutes left to play, after Miloš Iličius’s two-pointer, the home team’s deficit was reduced to 2 points (73:75).
After another 2 minutes, Keondre Kennedy’s three-pointer put Panevėžys ahead – 79:78.
With 46 seconds left, after Utena player Tevian Jones’s free throws, the score was tied (80:80), and the tension reached its peak.
Ognjen Jaramaz soon put “Lietkabelis” ahead again, but on the other side of the court Cameron Reynolds responded with his two-pointer – 82:82.

The Panevėžys team could hold the ball until the end of the game, and O. Jaramaz, with one second left, scored the decisive two-pointer. After a timeout, C. Reynolds still managed to take a long shot, but it was not accurate.
The winners were led to victory by the author of the last accurate shots, Ognjen Jaramaz, who scored 15 points. Daniel Baslyk added 14 points, Keondre Kennedy – 12.
In the Utena team today, unstoppable was Laurynas Beliauskas, hitting 5 three-pointers out of 6 and scoring 19 points. Tevian Jones contributed 17 points, Cameron Reynolds – 14, Chase Hunter – 11.
