K. Kellogg advised Ukrainians “not to listen to Washington” and emphasized that Americans generally support Ukraine’s fight.
“Ukraine is supported by 68–70% of Americans and only 2% support what Russia is doing. This shows that the American people are on Ukraine’s side. Do not listen to Washington. Washington has its own perspective. That is why it is called the ‘swamp.’ However, Americans generally admire Ukraine’s fight, understand it, and support Ukrainians,” he noted.
According to K. Kellogg, Ukraine, which is much smaller than Russia, can bring the aggressor country closer to the brink of defeat.

“I have said this many times to US President Donald Trump, and I believe our CIA leaders agreed: Russia will not win this war. Simply will not win. When people say Russia is winning, it is psychological warfare – it is not true. I think the world must consistently and continuously repeat: Russia will not win, and the fact that Putin continues to do what he does is unwise,” said the former US President’s special envoy for Ukraine.
